Nepal Geotechnical Society is a financially weak organization, mainly because it runs on membership fee alone and the current number of members is below 200. This means we hardly have a few hundred thousand rupees of budget, which is not even enough to pay the office rent and the office staff. Other main sources of our fund is national and international conferences/symposiums, but in recent years we have somehow managed to have these programs on financially balanced basis. So, doing any programs for us is seeking sponsorship! There are a few others plans too, but at this moment, we seek full or partial sponsorship for any of our programs.

In return of the sponsorship or financial support, we will provide the following privileges.

- Use of your promotion banners in our programs (depending on the support size)
- Recognition by Letter of Honor during the NGS Day (i.e. 18 May every year)
- Provision of promotional product/s display stall/booth/desk during the program time
