This year\u2019s event will be held on\u00a0<strong>18 May 2025 (4th Jestha 2082)<\/strong>\u00a0with the theme:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cGeohazards and Geotechnics: The Ten Years of Learnings and Rebuilding from the 2015 Gorkha Earthquake.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event will bring together geotechnical professionals, students, researchers, and practitioners to reflect on a decade of progress in disaster risk reduction, resilient infrastructure, and sustainable geotechnical solutions following the 2015 Gorkha Earthquake.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\uddd3\u00a0<strong>Date<\/strong>: 18 May 2025 (Sunday)<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccd\u00a0<strong>Venue<\/strong>:\u00a0<em>The Plaza, Pulchowk-3, Lalitpur, Nepal<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd58\u00a0<strong>Time<\/strong>: 1:00 PM onwards<\/p>\n<p>The event will feature 3-4 memorial lectures, a poster\/photography exhibition and a special NGS Day Celebration program with NGS award 2025 followed by interactive dinner.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Important Notes:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pre-registration is mandatory.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Early Bird Discount<\/strong>\u00a0(20%) available for registrations completed\u00a0<strong>on or before 12 May 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Upload payment confirmation (QR Screenshot)<\/strong>\u00a0within the form.<\/li>\n<li>Poster or photography contributors must submit titles and brief descriptions to\u00a0 ngeotechs@gmail.com<br \/>\n.
