All our members are informed through this post that the 20th International Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering is going to be held in Sydney (Australia) on 12-17 September 2021. All eligible members of this society are invited to submit abstracts for presentation and publication of their research work in the conference proceedings. Based on our previous conference experience, our society will be given presentation and publication slot of four papers/presentations, but unlike our previous practices, the organizers of this conference want all abstract submissions to be received by them first. What we used to do in the past was we called for abstracts/papers from our members and selected four of them to send to the organizers. This time all abstracts will have to be sent directly to the organizers and they will then send the submitted abstract to all national societies for short-listing.
So, through this call, we request our members to send abstracts and get this great opportunity of participating and presenting our research work in once-in-four-years and the biggest international conference in the field of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering.
